Chief Engineer
Minimum Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related Engineering field
• PRC-licensed Professional Engineer (RME/REE/ME/EE or equivalent) is required
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in building/property engineering operations, facilities management, or technical maintenance
• At least 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or senior engineering role (e.g., Building Engineer Supervisor, Senior Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer)
