LEAD TECHNICIAN (NIGHT SHIFT)
Job Requirements:
• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree related to Mechanical, Electrical, or any related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in building systems maintenance and management.
• Proven experience in leading teams in facilities management or engineering operations.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
